As a successful AllPoint Hospice Area Sales Manager, you are responsible for managing all aspects of organization marketing including managing the members of the marketing team, establish and maintaining positive relationships with customers and referral sources, responding to customer requests and concerns, and negotiating service contracts with managed care organizations, government agencies, and other payers. Identify and execute preferred partnership agreements, ability to work in a hybrid role to lead marketing team while targeting new business accounts to increase overall market share. A high level of ethics in healthcare sales is necessary. We want you to become part of our team culture and collaborate fully with our top-notch clinical staff on a daily basis.

Qualifications: This position requires a strong leadership, coaching, and consultative sales skillset. At least three years of hospice or related healthcare marketing management and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred. You must have the ability to ethically promote hospice services and direct the daily marketing operations for three locations in the LA/Burbank, Riverside & San Bernardino areas. Must have a proven track record in hospice sales. You will also need valid driver’s license and a reliable automobile that is properly registered and insured as this is an on the road position. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred (pay differential for qualified candidates).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $115,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
